This image of a dead camelthorn tree root poking out of a sand bank was gone in moments, requiring me to work fast. Too fast, probably. I think you can see what I
was trying to do, but setting up the tripod (in deep sand, remember) and composing the image while selecting depth of field and excluding other distracting details
is a high workload. The last of the light skimmed the sand ripples, highlighting their texture, and then they were gone.
