Waterfalls, like sunsets, force the landscape photographer to work hard for something worthwhile. The combination of changing lighting conditions
and a precipitous position right on the edge of the giant Selfoss initially piled on the difficulty. I bracketed different exposures (this is the longest)
and got as close to letting light into the lens as I could in pursuit of this slightly mysterious and majestic image of elemental light, rock and water.
