There is a powerful argument that landscape photography should be either beautiful, mysterious or simple. Of course there's no guarantee such an image will surprise,
challenge or generate wonder in the viewer. I'm not sure this dawn image is quite right, but it does at least enjoy the kiss of light on the
hill top and a floating quality thanks to a transition from water to air, seemingly without the intervention of land. Veišivötn.
